Project Overview: The primary objective was to comprehensively renovate the property, which entailed:
- Refurbishment
- Installation of new windows
- Upgrading the bathroom
- Renovating the kitchen
- Landscaping the garden
Challenges: Several challenges were encountered during the project, including:
- The absence of rear access to the property
- Difficulty in waste removal and material storage
- A very narrow access point, only accessible from the front of the property
- Restricted road access due to permit restrictions, making it challenging to obtain additional permits for other tradesmen.
Additional Work: In addition to the core project, a custom external staircase was crafted by a skilled steelmaker, connecting the rear of the property to the garden.
